Senior Consultant, HR Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a senior consultant engaging directly with clients across advisory projects, guiding initiatives from inception to completion.

• Employ structured consulting methodologies to identify business challenges and develop actionable, value-oriented solutions.

• Lead the discovery phase, assessments, and solution design efforts within talent acquisition processes and services.

• Prepare and present insights, recommendations, and decision-making materials that are ready for executive review, targeted at senior HR and business leaders.

• Evaluate comprehensive HR and talent acquisition processes, operational models, and the effectiveness of service delivery.

• Create future-state models that align with business strategies, scalability, and candidate experience objectives.

• Provide counsel on workforce segmentation, enablement, and opportunities for service enhancement.

• Develop clear, actionable roadmaps that encompass people, processes, capabilities, and technology enhancements.

• Perform qualitative and quantitative research through interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis.

• Generate current and future-state artifacts, including process maps, journey maps, and service blueprints.

• Advise on the integration of technology throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle, including HRIS, ATS, CRM, Agentic/AI, automation, and experience platforms.

• Contribute to the creation of QWA intellectual property, including methodologies, playbooks, and toolkits.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in management consulting, HR advisory, talent acquisition, or similar fields.

• Proven experience in client-facing roles, leading discovery sessions, workshops, and solution design projects.

• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition operations, best practices, and supporting technologies.

• Experience navigating complex environments with multiple stakeholders.

• A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree or training in design thinking is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
