πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Serve as a senior consultant interacting directly with clients during advisory projects, guiding initiatives from inception to conclusion.

β€’ Utilize structured consulting methodologies to identify business challenges and develop practical, value-oriented solutions.

β€’ Direct discovery, assessment, and solution design efforts within talent acquisition processes and services.

β€’ Prepare and present executive-level insights, recommendations, and decision-making materials for senior HR and business executives.

β€’ Evaluate comprehensive HR and talent acquisition processes, operating models, and the effectiveness of service delivery.

β€’ Create future-state models that align with business strategies, scalability, and candidate experience objectives.

β€’ Provide guidance on workforce segmentation, enablement, and opportunities for service optimization.

β€’ Develop clear, actionable roadmaps that encompass improvements in people, processes, capabilities, and technology.

β€’ Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analyses.

β€’ Produce current-state and future-state artifacts such as process maps, journey maps, and service blueprints.

β€’ Advise on the integration of technology throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle, including HRIS, ATS, CRM, Agentic/AI, automation, and experience platforms.

β€’ Contribute to the creation of QWA intellectual property, including methodologies, playbooks, and toolkits.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting, HR advisory, talent acquisition, or related fields.

β€’ Proven client-facing experience leading discovery sessions, workshops, and solution design projects.

β€’ In-depth understanding of talent acquisition operations, practices, and supporting technologies.

β€’ Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

β€’ Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree or training in design thinking is preferred.

β€’ Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
