This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Spearhead the comprehensive Oracle Cloud transformation initiative and convert the executive vision into a unified enterprise modernization strategy.
• Align program goals with institutional priorities and overarching strategic objectives.
• Promote collaboration and adoption across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to guarantee the successful implementation and long-term viability of Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Act as the primary connection to executive sponsors and governance committees.
• Establish and uphold governance frameworks, decision-making protocols, and escalation processes.
• Prepare and present executive-level briefings, recommendations, and program updates.
• Facilitate enterprise-level decision-making and consensus-building among stakeholder groups.
• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives that encompass organizational change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption.
• Ensure that business process redesign efforts align with best practices.
• Maintain the integrity of program scope across all workstreams and functional domains.
• Manage enterprise risks, dependencies, and resolution of issues.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve enterprise objectives.
• Provide executive oversight of implementation partners, systems integrators, and software vendors.
• Oversee program financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, contract expenditures, and reporting.
• Track program success metrics, adoption rates, and realization of business value.
• Assist in the transition from implementation to sustainable operational ownership and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience directly related to enterprise program leadership, transformation, or similar responsibilities.
• Proven success in leading full lifecycle enterprise system implementations.
• Experience managing intricate, cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Strong skills in program management, financial management, and risk management.
• Exceptional communication abilities and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
• Experience in higher education or similarly complex organizations.
• Experience leading Oracle implementations in higher education, healthcare, or other matrixed settings.
• Experience managing programs involving Finance, HCM, Planning/Budgeting, or other comparable enterprise workstreams.
• Experience collaborating with third-party implementation partners and systems integrators.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including ERP, HCM, and EPM.
• Experience in leading enterprise business process transformation initiatives.
