Senior Consultant – Healthcare Financial Transformation, Back-End Revenue Cycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Senior Consultants are accountable for managing client relationships, implementing solutions, and delivering project outcomes.

• You will take charge of project workstreams and engage with the client on a daily basis to ensure successful project execution.

• This role involves facilitating daily operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders.

• Senior Consultants are expected to create and present well-structured, impactful reports and presentations to both client and internal executives.

• You will guide, mentor, and support Consultants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• Over 3 years of core experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle, particularly in back-end revenue cycle functions

• More than 3 years of financial analysis experience in a health-related organization

• Expertise in Epic EHR modules related to revenue cycle management

• Proven track record of enhancing operational processes for revenue cycle optimization projects within hospitals and/or health systems

• Advanced analytical and data manipulation skills, particularly with Excel

• Willingness to travel to client locations across the United States up to 75%
