Senior Consultant, Extended Workforce

📋 Description

• Lead and support client advisory projects centered on Extended Workforce strategy and transformation.

• Utilize QWA’s consulting and design thinking methodologies to evaluate current programs and outline future solutions.

• Organize and facilitate both on-site and virtual workshops with senior stakeholders to confirm findings and establish direction.

• Develop and deliver executive-level recommendations, insights, and decision-making materials.

• Evaluate MSP, services procurement, and Extended Workforce programs in terms of governance, processes, and capabilities.

• Create future-state operating models, including governance frameworks, RASCI models, and funding strategies.

• Construct clear roadmaps that promote program maturity and sustainable scalability.

• Perform qualitative and quantitative research to evaluate current performance and market alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Extended Workforce, MSP, services procurement, consulting, or related fields.

• Proven client-facing consulting experience in delivering assessments and advisory services.

• Familiarity with VMS platforms and Extended Workforce technologies is preferred.

• Excellent workshop facilitation and executive communication abilities.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
