Senior Consultant – Epic Cadence, Decision Tree

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and enhancement of Epic Cadence decision trees and scheduling processes.

• Offer expert knowledge on best practices in ambulatory scheduling.

• Collaborate with providers and Service Line Leaders to collect requirements and steer system design.

• Convert business needs into effective Epic solutions.

• Assist in improving workflows to boost access, efficiency, and the patient experience.

• Epic Cadence Certification (mandatory).

• Extensive experience in decision tree development and maintenance.

• Profound understanding of scheduling workflows and optimization techniques.

• Capability to engage directly with providers and operational leaders.
