• Bachelor's degree.
• Immediate pursuit of a Certified General Appraiser state license.
• Long-term ambition to obtain the Appraisal Institute’s MAI designation.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, along with other real estate and appraisal-related software.
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Capability to analyze large data sets and present findings in a simplified or visual manner.
• Comfort with financial matters and associated challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Keen attention to detail.
