Senior Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support to the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) for a legislative client

• Oversee the project from inception to completion

• Manage the project work plan and create a systematic framework

• Generate weekly written status updates

• Design and lead collaborative stakeholder planning sessions

• Conduct environmental and organizational evaluations, including SWOT analysis

• Revise and finalize the updated OCIO Directional Plan

• Create communication materials that support the updated Directional Plan

• Maintain version-controlled documentation throughout the project duration

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline is required

• A Master's degree is preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in briefing senior government officials

• In-depth knowledge of IT strategic and directional planning

• Proven expertise in the development of strategic plans

• Experience in designing and facilitating participative planning sessions with senior leadership

• Proven ability to develop and implement methodologies for tracking progress towards strategic objectives

• Experience in creating and editing documents and reports that meet official deliverable standards

• Proficient in graphic design or visual communication to produce high-quality graphical representations of plans

• Availability from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays
