This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the growth and success of the business by overseeing the execution of large-scale projects.
• Lead and nurture our consulting teams.
• Actively promote business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with our clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that facilitate their strategic decision-making.
• Take charge of and successfully complete client projects, ensuring they adhere to plans and provide value to clients.
• Employ strategic and analytical thinking to address complex issues across various propositions and therapeutic domains.
• Deliver diverse project types with differing complexities, including the planning, design, and facilitation of workshops.
• Foster the growth of existing accounts by maintaining regular engagement with current client leads and identifying opportunities to broaden project scopes.
• Frequently spearhead the acquisition of new clients by actively pursuing potential leads.
• Lead proposals and pitches to convert prospects into successful engagements.
• Manage and develop consulting colleagues through effective communication and constructive feedback.
• Advocate for Solici to enhance our strategic decision-making and competitive positioning by writing blog articles and attending key events.
• Contribute to and support internal improvement initiatives to boost the efficiency, delivery rate, and profitability of projects.
• Advanced [Masters or PhD] degree with experience in one or more of the following areas: Oncology, Immunology, Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic diseases [CVRM], Rare diseases.
• A proven track record or demonstrable ability to lead profitable projects that add value for clients.
• Capability to engage with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and recognizing commercial opportunities to win new business.
• Strong history of leading new business pitches and securing work.
• Ability to lead and develop others to produce high-quality outputs while leveraging industry expertise.
• Acquire substantial knowledge to create impactful and commercially relevant solutions for clients.
• Balance a scientific background with strong commercial insight to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• High levels of emotional intelligence to cultivate effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A growth mindset to excel in a complex and ever-evolving environment.
• Proficient in guiding your team through change initiatives.
