This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsibilities in Deployment and Operations may involve providing technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for the deployment of Falcon's AI-driven detection and response features.

• Assist clients in enhancing AI-driven threat detection models and automated response workflows.

• Configure and fine-tune machine learning algorithms to minimize false positives while ensuring high detection efficacy.

• Create and implement AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations.

• Resolve AI-related customer issues spanning small to large enterprises.

• Develop scripting and application solutions utilizing Falcon APIs to augment AI capabilities.

• Collaborate closely with customers to interpret AI-generated alerts and findings.

• Utilize CrowdStrike's AI capabilities to improve vulnerability prioritization and asset management.

• Assist clients in integrating Falcon's AI features into their current security tools and workflows.

• Provide support to Incident Response teams with AI-powered threat hunting and forensic analysis.

• Design and lead AI skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team.

• Work collaboratively with the Platform Professional Services team to create customer-facing AI materials.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in IT deployments or in a user/customer environment.

• Strong comprehension of AI and machine learning concepts, especially in cybersecurity applications.

• Solid understanding of software deployment technologies.

• Extensive knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.

• Experience with AI-powered security tools and platforms.

• Familiarity with data science principles and their application in security operations.

• Experience with security automation and orchestration technologies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster collaborative relationships.

• Significant experience in presenting technical AI content to diverse audiences.

• Strong background in computer and network systems security.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions to complex and unusual problems.

• Proactive and detail-oriented with the capability to manage tasks and prioritize customer projects.

• Experience mentoring team members.

• Some experience in leading a team to successfully complete projects.

• High motivation level; self-starter; results-oriented.

• Possibility of travel and assignment work exists.

• Preferred experience in the following areas: Endpoint Security: Falcon platform (preferred), AV, and EDR solutions.

• AI/ML Technologies: Familiarity with machine learning models, natural language processing, anomaly detection, and writing prompts.

• Programming for AI: Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages for data analysis and model development, working with agents and/or building agents.

• Operating Systems: Experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac.

• Software Deployment: Knowledge of SCCM, Group Policy, McAfee EPO, IBM BigFix, Puppet, Chef, Citrix, PDQ, and PsExec.

• Development: Skills in PowerShell, Python, Bash, and Batch.

• Technologies: Experience with Host-based firewall, File Integrity Management, Data Protection, Vulnerability Management, Attack Surface Management, and IT Automation.

• Compliance: Familiarity with CIS Benchmarks, STIGs, PCI, and HIPAA.

• Database: Experience with SIEM, MSSQL, Splunk, and LogScale.

• Identity: Knowledge of Identity, Active Directory, Azure-AD, and SSO.

• Cloud: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
