Senior Consultant, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Delivering technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for the deployment of Falcon's AI-driven detection and response features.

• Aiding customers in enhancing AI-driven threat detection models and automated response processes.

• Configuring and fine-tuning machine learning algorithms to minimize false positives while ensuring high detection effectiveness.

• Creating and executing AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations.

• Resolving AI-related customer issues for enterprises of varying sizes.

• Developing scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs to augment AI functionalities.

• Collaborating closely with customers to interpret alerts and findings generated by AI.

• Utilizing CrowdStrike's AI capabilities to improve vulnerability prioritization and asset management.

• Assisting customers in integrating Falcon's AI features into their current security tools and workflows.

• Supporting Incident Response teams with AI-enhanced threat hunting and forensic analysis.

• Designing and conducting AI skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team.

• Working in partnership with the Platform Professional Services team to create customer-facing AI materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 years of experience in IT deployments or working within an end user/customer environment.

• Strong grasp of AI and machine learning principles, especially their applications in cybersecurity.

• Comprehensive understanding of software deployment technologies.

• Extensive knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.

• Experience with AI-driven security tools and platforms.

• Familiarity with data science concepts and their relevance to security operations.

• Experience in security automation and orchestration platforms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships.

• Significant experience in presenting technical AI topics to diverse audiences.

• Strong background in computer and network systems security.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a talent for identifying solutions to complex and unusual issues.

• Proactive and meticulous in managing tasks and prioritizing customer projects.

• Experience mentoring team members.

• Some experience in leading a team to achieve project goals.

• High motivation, self-starting attitude, and results-oriented.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
