Senior Consultant – Agentic Operations

• Identify Opportunities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of the current state to discover transformation opportunities in organizational design, technology architecture, and agentic transformation.

• Create detailed financial models to prioritize opportunities and aid in decision-making and roadmap development.

• Design & Deliver Solutions

• Convert business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions and agentic workflows.

• Lead pilot projects and implementations, collaborating with technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve measurable business results.

• Drive Adoption & Transformation

• Assist in the design and execution of change management, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption.

• Aid in establishing governance, measuring value realization, and shaping future service offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in management or operations consulting, technology consulting, agentic transformation, or related domains.

• Strong skills in business case development, modeling, and stakeholder management.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

• A collaborative team player focused on business value creation, engaging with organizational design, technical architecture, and agentic AI implementation.

• Knowledge of middle-back office technology stack and architecture standards.

• Experience with AI, automation, or enterprise technology implementations.

• Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, agentic systems, workflow automation, and knowledge management platforms.

• Experience in evaluating and implementing SaaS and enterprise technology solutions.
