Senior Consultant – Agentic Change Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) to create customized strategies for intricate AI and Workspace transformations.

• Facilitate Gemini Enterprise Discovery Workshops and perform change impact analyses to pinpoint risks, gaps, and "agentic" opportunities.

• Establish "North Star" outcomes and success metrics (KPIs) to monitor adoption progress and the overall health of the organization.

• Document significant policy and process impact changes arising from the integration of AI into daily operational workflows.

• Support and engage senior executives and sponsors, providing coaching on their prominent change leadership roles.

• Anticipate and proactively address resistance to AI, formulating targeted mitigation strategies for high-risk stakeholder groups.

• Build and activate "Gemini Captain" (Change Champion) networks to enhance adoption at scale through peer-to-peer learning.

• Act as a natural "bridge," converting complex technical AI concepts into compelling business value and strategic priorities.

• Develop persona-driven learning journeys and role-specific training programs that foster competency in agentic solutions.

• Craft compelling change narratives that present AI-driven efficiencies as opportunities for workforce evolution rather than replacement.

• Utilize Google Workspace tools (Slides, Sites, Docs, Vids) to create high-quality enablement materials, including leader toolkits and prompt libraries.

• Design and lead "Art of the Possible" kickoff events and dynamic design-thinking sessions using platforms like Miro or Mural.

• Oversee Gemini Enterprise Pilot programs, managing Vanguard Cohorts and capturing baseline productivity metrics.

• Establish multi-layered support systems, including Slack/Teams channels, office hours, and deployed self-service support agents.

• Conduct post-go-live reinforcement activities and pulse check surveys to ensure new behaviors are ingrained permanently.

• Generate weekly usage and adoption reports for project stakeholders and client leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in organizational change management or management consulting, focusing on enterprise-scale technology programs.

• Demonstrated expertise with change management frameworks; Prosci (ADKAR) certification is highly preferred.

• Experience in supporting cloud or SaaS adoption initiatives (Google Workspace, Google Cloud, or equivalent).

• Exceptional abilities in crafting narratives and delivering presentations to a diverse audience, from end users to C-suite executives.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of influencing within complex organizations.

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI adoption (e.g., Gemini for Google Workspace or Vertex AI) is preferred.

• Previous experience at a Google Cloud Premier Partner or technology consulting firm is preferred.

• Ability to collaborate with technical teams (engineers, data scientists) to translate technical changes into human-centered actions is preferred.

• Experience in building adoption dashboards and reporting metrics to leadership is preferred.

• Extensive experience conducting dynamic strategy workshops both in-person and utilizing tools like Miro or Mural is preferred.
