• Change Strategy & Planning: Utilize structured change management methodologies to craft customized strategies for intricate AI and Workspace transformations.
• Discovery & Assessment: Lead Gemini Enterprise Discovery Workshops and perform change impact analyses to uncover risks, gaps, and opportunities.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Advisory: Assist and engage senior leaders and executive sponsors, providing coaching on their prominent change leadership roles.
• Training, Education & Communication: Create persona-based learning pathways and role-specific training programs that enhance competency in agentic solutions.
• Adoption Measurement & Sustainment: Oversee Gemini Enterprise Pilot programs, managing Vanguard Cohorts and documenting baseline productivity reports.
• Experience: 3–6+ years in organizational change management or management consulting, concentrating on enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
• Methodology: Established expertise with change management frameworks; Prosci (ADKAR) certification is highly preferred.
• Technology Background: Experience in supporting cloud or SaaS adoption initiatives (Google Workspace, Google Cloud, or similar).
• Communication: Outstanding abilities in crafting narratives and presenting to a diverse audience from end users to C-suite executives.
• Engagement: Excellent stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing within complex organizations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
