Senior Consultant – Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate various segments of strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops.

• Ensure proper management and setting of customer expectations.

• Lead technical project teams in delivering consulting service offerings.

• Drive and manage objectives, gather requirements, oversee project tasks/milestones, track project status, identify dependencies, and maintain timelines to ensure successful and timely engagement delivery that aligns with business goals.

• Decompose problems into manageable components, pinpoint factors influencing the issues, and determine the approach for the project.

• Create and edit project deliverables.

• Present deliverables to client executive management.

• Support business development efforts through client discovery meetings that help qualify opportunities and facilitate the ideation of a preliminary proposal.

• Occasionally represent service offerings during the sales cycle, which includes project scoping, proposal development, and presenting proposals to clients.

• Participate in the development and enhancement of AHEAD Advisory services offerings, encompassing consulting and deployment services.

• Act as a technology thought leader and advocate.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the current and anticipated future state of the IT marketplace, including trends, technologies, and standards.

• Serve as a mentor to team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least seven years of experience as a senior technology leader.

• A minimum of three years of experience in executive technology consulting.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven business acumen.

• Ability to solve complex and abstract problems.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, a good listener, with the ability to connect with diverse personalities.

• Executive presence.

• Demonstrated experience as a technology change agent.

• An MBA is a plus.
