Senior Consultant, Acumatica – Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist in the implementation of software solutions for clients.

• Guarantee client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, monitoring issues, and escalating as per company protocols.

• Apply and adhere to Aktion's methodology to ensure successful implementation for clients.

• Engage in proactive communication with clients and team members to deliver outstanding client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or Infor CSI/SyteLine, and Visual.

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.

• Proven skills in accounting and finance.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

• Candidates from the Mid-west are preferred.

• Must be willing to travel up to 20-30% of the time.
