This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all stages of construction projects from the preconstruction phase to project completion.
• Formulate and implement project delivery strategies that meet objectives related to schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects and project teams across various locations.
• Act as the primary liaison for owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
• Enhance project performance through proactive planning, risk management, and informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, and regulatory standards.
• Provide leadership and direction for field operations and project management teams.
• Work alongside operations leadership to enhance project execution, productivity, and profitability.
• Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Engineers.
• Engage in resource planning, workforce planning, and operational strategy development, including robotic and equipment resources.
• Assist in business growth initiatives through effective client relationship management.
• Create, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Track project costs, forecasts, earned value metrics, and overall financial performance.
• Lead efforts in schedule recovery and mitigation planning in response to project risks.
• Evaluate project trends and provide executive-level reports on cost, schedule, productivity, and risk.
• Apply best practices in project controls, forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives related to project delivery and operational efficiency.
• Participate in budgeting, estimating, procurement planning, and constructability reviews.
• Review project estimates to validate scope, schedule, and resource needs.
• Assist in contract negotiations, change management, and cost control efforts.
• Collaborate with estimating teams during proposal and bid development processes.
• Supervise the acquisition of permits and manage relationships with permitting authorities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Over 15 years of progressive experience in construction management.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial, industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, or mission-critical projects.
• Demonstrated success in managing project budgets exceeding $2M.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and practices, contract administration, procurement, scheduling, and cost management.
• Experience in managing project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
