This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the execution of Jedox projects for key accounts, ensuring successful and timely completion.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, internal teams (including R&D), and executive stakeholders to nurture strong collaboration within our #OneTeam culture.
• Manage all stages of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and planning to execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Guarantee quality outcomes by maintaining comprehensive project documentation and adhering to Jedox standards.
• Organize and manage resources efficiently. Ensure projects remain on schedule, while monitoring time, budget, and scope.
• Achieve delivery excellence by proactively identifying project risks and executing mitigation strategies.
• Track milestones and provide consistent status updates to stakeholders and executive management.
• Enhance Jedox products and services by offering insights from customer projects, contributing to innovation and impactful results.
• Assist with additional project initiatives as needed in your area of expertise.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in IT project management, preferably in complex environments, along with 8+ years in the IT consulting industry.
• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is required, while a Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
• Proven success in delivering finance transformation projects (CPM/EPM, ERP, BI).
• Strong capability to manage cross-functional teams as well as project resources, budgets, and scopes effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks; certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI, or IPMA are a plus.
• Comfortable engaging with both senior stakeholders and operational teams, with the ability to adapt communication styles based on the audience.
• Strong customer focus with an emphasis on achieving measurable project outcomes.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency in German and business-fluent English, allowing effective communication with both local and international stakeholders.
