Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Overseeing projects related to the implementation and launch of virtual care services.

• Directing all elements of the project lifecycle.

• Collaborating closely with sponsors and leaders at client locations.

• Working together with VCDH colleagues, Service Line leaders, clinical operations, and other operational departments.

• Engaging and communicating effectively with multi-disciplinary stakeholders.

• Meeting project objectives within established timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

• Relevant Coursework/Training: Project management, change management, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., PMP/PMI, Agile, CAP, Workout, Six Sigma, LEAN, CQIA, etc.).

• A minimum of 3 years managing projects and/or programs.

• At least 2 years demonstrating a successful record of implementing projects with high customer satisfaction, strong communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in presenting and facilitating discussions for executive audiences.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred upon hire.

• Preferably 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

• Preferably 1 year of experience in Telehealth.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite applications is preferred.
