
Senior Construction Cost Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct research, develop, validate, and sustain construction cost data specific to various disciplines, encompassing aspects such as new construction, renovation, maintenance, life cycle costs, and specialized cost collections.
β’ Collaborate closely with a team of subject matter experts.
β’ Coordinate team efforts to harmonize cost data.
β’ The development of cost data will accurately reflect contemporary and realistic material, equipment, and labor expenditures.
β’ Integrate emerging trends and technologies into both current and future cost data.
β’ A bachelorβs degree in a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience (or 15 years of experience in lieu of a degree).
β’ Proven experience in construction cost estimating and fieldwork in one or more disciplines, including civil, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
β’ Candidates must possess expert-level knowledge of construction practices, equipment, and materials.
β’ Strong writing abilities, effective verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
β’ Proficiency in using Windows-based and Cloud-based software applications is necessary.
