This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Develop environment concept art that establishes locations, biomes, architecture, landmarks, and points of interest.

• Set the mood, lighting, color palettes, and material language to enhance world-building and narrative tone.

• Generate a variety of deliverables, such as keyframes, paint-overs, mood boards, color scripts, and production-ready callouts.

• Collaborate with Art Direction to investigate visual directions and iterate based on received feedback.

• Work alongside Environment Artists to ensure concepts are understandable, feasible, and can be translated into in-game assets.

• Coordinate closely with Design to align environments with gameplay requirements, readability, and player flow.

• Assist in live development by generating concepts for new content, expansions, and seasonal updates.

• Uphold visual consistency across environments while introducing innovative ideas and variations.

• Contribute to and enhance environment art documentation and style guides.

• Engage in reviews and critiques, providing constructive feedback to colleagues.

• Over 6 years of professional experience as an Environment Concept Artist in the gaming, film, or related industries.

• Strong understanding of environment design, composition, perspective, lighting, and color theory.

• Capability to create clear, production-oriented concepts that support downstream art teams.

• Experience working with art directors, environment artists, and designers in a production environment.

• Proficient in industry-standard tools (Photoshop, Procreate, Blender, or similar applications).

• Ability to work iteratively, integrate feedback, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent visual storytelling abilities and a passion for world-building.

• Comfortable working within a fully remote, globally distributed team.
