Senior Compensation Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee, engage, and collaborate on regional compensation projects and initiatives that span from design to implementation and communication.

• Conduct annual compensation analysis for benchmarking all programs and provide recommendations that ensure CrowdStrike remains competitive in the industry.

• Act as an advisor to the business, serving as a subject matter expert on compensation topics to facilitate business outcomes and influence decisions that align with CrowdStrike’s compensation philosophy and core values.

• Collaborate with the business and/or internal HR partners to offer consultation on compensation-related issues such as strategic new hire compensation, global mobility, and retention plans for top performers.

• Provide regional support for core programs related to annual and mid-year compensation planning review cycles, bonuses, and other pay-related initiatives.

• Oversee survey data submissions.

• Maintain the compensation infrastructure (e.g., job codes, job families, integrity of the system of record).

• Improve communication and effectiveness of our compensation programs, including leading compensation-related educational initiatives.

• Conduct periodic audits to ensure equitable and consistent compensation practices.

• Engage in job architecture design and evaluation initiatives.

• Monitor the legal and regulatory environment affecting compensation and ensure compliance with the evolving landscape, including regional pay equity developments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or a related function.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively manage large datasets.

• Knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation principles, methods, procedures, and techniques.

• Experience in fast-paced or high-tech organizations.

• Proven experience in creating compensation structures, analyzing survey data, and developing programs and policies from the ground up.

• Expertise in Workday, particularly in reporting, is highly preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint); Excel expertise is essential.

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
