This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the development and implementation of compensation strategies encompassing base pay, incentives, equity, and global compensation planning.
• Create, manage, and enhance compensation programs that align with business objectives, market analysis, internal equity, and pay-for-performance principles.
• Provide guidance to senior leaders and People Business Partners regarding compensation choices, job leveling criteria, organizational changes, promotions, adjustments, and internal transitions.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for equity programs related to compensation.
• Address intricate compensation escalations with fair, consistent, and thoroughly documented recommendations.
• Perform market assessments, benchmarking, and job pricing utilizing approved survey data.
• Promote pay equity, transparency, compliance support, and proactive risk management.
• Oversee compensation tools, vendors, frameworks, and documentation processes.
• Leverage reporting, analytics, and AI-driven tools to uncover trends, enhance data quality, and bolster program effectiveness.
• 8 to 11 years of experience in compensation, Total Rewards, or a related People function.
• Extensive knowledge in compensation strategy, benchmarking, job pricing, salary range management, incentives, equity, and program design.
• Proven track record in supporting global compensation programs; experience in the U.S. and India is highly preferred.
• Experience collaborating with leaders, People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and People Operations regarding compensation decisions and escalations.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data storytelling abilities, with a talent for simplifying complex compensation data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience managing end-to-end compensation planning cycles within Workday.
• Proficient in equity compensation, including new hire, promotion, and refresh grants; coordination of stock administration; and employee education.
• Sound judgment in handling confidential, complex, and sensitive compensation matters.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance, automate, and scale compensation processes, tools, and documentation.
• Practical experience with compensation planning tools, HRIS platforms, and equity administration systems; familiarity with Pave, Workday, Carta, or similar systems is preferred.
• Understanding of FLSA exempt/non-exempt classification, pay equity, pay transparency, compensation compliance, and audit support is preferred.
• Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or an equivalent certification is preferred.
