This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the creation, implementation, and enhancement of Optro's worldwide compensation strategy and localized pay frameworks, ensuring competitiveness in the market, internal fairness, and alignment with international expansion.
• Design and sustain scalable salary frameworks, pay bands, and total rewards systems that foster a culture of high performance.
• Perform continuous global market benchmarking and compensation analysis using industry surveys and external data to monitor market trends.
• Collaborate with People leaders, Finance, and executive management to synchronize compensation frameworks and incentive plans with changing business objectives and financial models.
• Serve as the subject matter authority for People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on intricate compensation inquiries, including job pricing, competitive external offers, promotions, and off-cycle adjustments.
• Oversee the comprehensive administration of compensation cycles (merit, bonus, and equity planning), maximizing HRIS resources for efficient execution and global communications.
• Propel compensation analytics, reporting, and dashboard development to assess pay equity, track workforce trends, and furnish leadership with actionable data for informed decision-making.
• Spearhead the design, implementation, and governance of short-term incentive plans, long-term incentives (LTIP), and specialized recognition/retention strategies, including budget monitoring and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to global federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations (including pay transparency laws); proactively educate internal teams and manage external vendor relationships as necessary.
• Create and deliver training, documentation, and coaching for managers and leadership regarding Optro's compensation philosophy and policies.
• 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards/Compensation.
• Experience in a rapidly growing SaaS or technology company.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling a global organization to over 1,000 employees.
• Ability to challenge senior leaders on compensation decisions that do not align with high-performance principles.
• Workday Compensation experience is preferred.
• Proficient in utilizing data to forecast future headcount expenses and reward risks.
