This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a vital contributor in the integration of job architectures for three international companies
• Join the team tasked with designing job architecture and expanding global ranges
• Develop and manage compensation cycles emphasizing tooling and automation
• Communicate total compensation programs, including base salary and equity options
• Utilize analytical expertise to facilitate data-driven design of compensation programs
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, recruiters, and Finance on global compensation issues
• Over 8 years of experience in compensation, whether in a consulting or in-house capacity
• Experience with global compensation practices
• Proficient in the design and upkeep of job architectures and pay models
• Excellent data analysis capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, or a related STEM field
• Familiarity with Workday and program management is preferred
