This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Develop and manage compensation programs for Providence St. Joseph Health.
• Design, assess, and implement pay-for-performance initiatives, salary frameworks, costing models, and incentive schemes.
• Conduct research, analysis, and evaluation of existing and proposed compensation plans.
• Ensure that pay structures remain competitive, equitable, and financially viable.
• Perform job analysis, market assessments, and reviews of pay and classification.
• Formulate compensation recommendations and cost assessments.
• Interpret regulatory standards and collective bargaining agreements related to compensation matters.
• Assist in the creation of internal compensation policies and standards.
• Carry out data collection and analysis for specialized projects.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
• Familiarity with compensation systems.
• Knowledge of wage and hour laws, along with exempt classifications.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation upon hire (preferred).
• Experience in the healthcare sector (preferred).
• Background in a union environment (preferred).
