This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as a subject matter expert within the Compensation team.
• Execute and manage compensation programs effectively.
• Offer consultation on compensation-related issues to client groups and HR team members.
• Engage in the design and execution of comprehensive compensation strategies.
• Supervise job evaluations and ensure accurate job grading.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership regarding compensation trends and the effectiveness of programs.
• Conduct FLSA evaluations to ascertain exemption status.
• Ensure that compensation practices adhere to relevant regulations.
• Support compensation projects, including structure maintenance and program recommendations.
• Analyze the effects of changes to fixed and variable compensation programs.
• Lead initiatives related to compensation.
• Carry out market pricing for jobs and provide recommendations.
• Participate in annual salary surveys and analyze the resulting data.
• Utilize Workday reporting for monitoring and auditing compensation.
• Audit minimum wage requirements and compensation data within Workday.
• Lead testing for compensation updates and integrations in Workday.
• Implement recommendations for compensation and market reviews in Workday.
• Serve as a subject matter expert during annual incentive and merit cycles.
• Oversee HRIS module setup, testing, troubleshooting, and reporting for annual compensation cycles.
• Identify and implement enhancements to the annual compensation cycles.
• Educate client groups and HR teams on compensation programs.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners on job titles, levels, and pay grades.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on escalated salary offers.
• Provide compensation expertise for cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and directly related work experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation is required.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification or a Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in advanced Excel.
• Strong skills in MS Office, including Word and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable designing and analyzing large, complex spreadsheets.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Capable of developing and conducting data and process audits.
• Ability to organize intricate data and distill complex information into clear, user-friendly communication.
• Must maintain confidentiality.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently.
• Familiarity with FLSA compliance and other federal, state, and municipal guidelines.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate projects amidst competing priorities.
