Onboarding Consultant II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation process for add-on clients.

• Recognize and alleviate risks during implementation projects.

• Work closely with clients to comprehend their business requirements.

• Evaluate, establish, and construct project timelines to fulfill client expectations.

• Keep clients updated regarding the progress of the implementation.

• Respond to client inquiries and swiftly address and resolve any issues.

• Consult with clients to identify, guide, and collect necessary documents, data, and other deliverables.

• Monitor project advancement and pinpoint potential obstacles.

• Take initiative to resolve challenges and ensure projects remain on track.

• Manage implementation projects for larger, more intricate clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing complex projects and portfolios.

• Familiarity with RealPage products or experience in the multifamily sector.

• A minimum of 6 years of demonstrated experience in implementation and/or project management.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to distill complex information for stakeholders with varied technical backgrounds.

• Capability to concurrently lead multiple projects over extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and documentation practices.

• Ability to operate independently and collaborate within internal and external cross-functional teams.

• Self-driven and comfortable taking ownership of onboarding target metrics.

• Customer-centric approach and dedication to ensuring client success.
