This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assist in the design, implementation, and oversight of Compensation programs.
• Analyze market trends, assess compensation structures to ensure compliance, and offer recommendations for enhancing the organization's compensation strategy.
• Evaluate newly created and updated positions; assess job responsibilities and requirements, and suggest appropriate internal grades, titles, and pay plans.
• Conduct regular market pricing and compensation analyses to confirm that pay levels align with market practices.
• Communicate changes to the annual salary structure.
• Execute competitive pay analyses and provide recommendations for individuals or groups.
• Review job offers and create compensation packages for both internal transitions and external hires.
• Assist with large-scale updates to Workday in preparation for and testing of EIB loads, including ad hoc bonuses and mass pay changes.
• Generate reports from the market data system and HRIS; analyze internal and external data to identify anomalies and trends, and present insights to the manager.
• Create clear and concise communications regarding compensation programs.
• Deliver program content to key stakeholders to educate them about program details, strategies, and policies/processes.
• Conduct base pay and incentive forecasting to aid in financial planning.
• Support the annual compensation review process involving planning, communication, reporting, and analysis.
• Perform quarterly audits of Workday Compensation data.
• Ensure that all global compensation programs adhere to local, regional, and international laws and regulations.
• Monitor legislative changes and recommend program adjustments to mitigate potential risks.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in compensation within a global or multinational organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including the use of formulas and pivot tables.
• Proven experience with market pricing and providing both internal and external compensation analyses.
• Understanding and experience with labor laws and regulations as they pertain to compensation.
• Familiarity with Workday Compensation & Advanced Comp.
• Experience in reporting and EIB preparation is highly desirable.
• Certified Compensation Professional or coursework towards obtaining a CCP is preferred.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to understand business strategies, objectives, and key performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present information to various levels within the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
