This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist in analyzing compensation programs, encompassing base pay structures and incentive plans.
• Aid in assessing, benchmarking, and market pricing the organization's positions by documenting roles and requirements in job descriptions.
• Generate regular and on-demand compensation reports and dashboards using the human resources information system to facilitate decision-making.
• Keep job descriptions updated to ensure they are current and aligned with organizational needs.
• Contribute to the firm's annual merit and incentive processes at year-end.
• Help ensure that compensation programs adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with practice and HR Business Partners on pay equity matters.
• Engage in and participate in compensation salary surveys.
• Review UKG transactions and Milliman job postings to ensure consistency with the compensation structure.
• Utilize Power BI to develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and visual reports for compensation metrics, workforce trends, market data, and internal equity analysis.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Finance, or a related field.
• The ideal candidate should possess 4-6 years of experience related to compensation, including collaboration with HR generalists, managers, and employees across the organization.
• Previous experience supporting compensation, HR analytics, finance, or a related function is required for the ideal candidate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel with formulas, vlookups, xlookups, etc., and comfort with large datasets is essential for the ideal candidate.
• Familiarity with recruiting systems and an understanding of their operation for job postings is necessary, particularly regarding the connection between recruiting systems and pay transparency laws.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization is needed for the ideal candidate.
• Must demonstrate the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
• Ability to analyze data and convert findings into clear insights and recommendations is a must.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Must be capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
