Senior Compensation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Analyzes and manages employer compensation programs, which encompass base pay, incentive pay, and performance management initiatives.

• Assesses jobs, determines pay grades, participates in compensation surveys, and carries out related analyses.

• Ensures that requests for pay modifications adhere to the existing compensation policy.

• Oversees the Company's compensation programs, including the formulation of base salary ranges.

• Maintains competitive structures and performs ongoing analyses to guarantee overall competitiveness.

• Conducts proactive competitive evaluations and proposes program updates as needed, aligned with market trends.

• Collaborates with managers to ensure a comprehensive inventory of job descriptions.

• Executes job evaluations and takes part in FLSA job evaluation reviews.

• Provides daily administrative support pertaining to equity programs.

• Independently prepares and executes uploads for the stock plan administration system.

• Manages the system setup and administration of the performance management system (Ultipro).

• Oversees the Company's compensation review processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS in business, HR, or a related field.

• 5-8+ years of progressive experience in Compensation.

• Familiarity with salary surveys and job pricing.

• Preference for CompTool or similar software experience.

• Experience in job architecture development, administration, and maintenance.

• Proficiency in calculating and managing annual and off-cycle pay changes, along with annual cycles (merit, STI, LTIP, etc.).

• Proven capacity to leverage innovation within a growing organization.

• Demonstrated strong understanding of HR practices and policies.

• Proven success in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

• Exceptional skills in relationship building and interpersonal communication.

• Demonstrated advising and coaching abilities.

• Proven capability to identify problems and establish alternative solutions.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and complete projects.

• Skilled in handling sensitive and complex situations with sound judgment, tact, and discretion.
