⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in agencies or related fields.

• Proficient in TikTok and social media platforms.

• Experience in real-time content creation.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.

• Excellent creative judgment and understanding of digital culture.

• Background in music, entertainment, digital media, or culture-driven brands.

• Practical skills in content creation (video, editing, and mobile production).

• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Slides).

• Advanced knowledge of social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, Reddit, Twitch, Discord, and emerging channels.

• Experience in distributing live content and real-time posts.

• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and native platform insights.

• Experience using social media management tools like Sprinklr, Emplifi, or Hootsuite.
