• Establish a clear engagement strategy and initiatives for Community Leaders, setting measurable goals that maximize impact on Leaders and other essential host groups.
• Create and sustain key communication channels to engage and acknowledge our primary host segments, including Community Leader Summits, Leader hub, Toolkits, office hours, and AMAs.
• Innovate new programs and initiatives to empower Leaders and encourage connections among hosts.
• Manage and oversee the editorial calendar for all communications affecting Community Leaders at both global and local levels, utilizing this to enhance strategic messaging.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, guidelines, and resources to alleviate the operational workload for Community Managers in the field across Community Leader summits and toolkits.
• Generate financial and operational efficiencies for all engagement initiatives and programs, including overseeing and managing the events budget.
• Define and assess engagement success across all channels and initiatives, both regionally and globally.
• Analyze and report on the Global Leader Community to inform broader strategic decisions.
• Create scalable methods for regularly gathering feedback from Community Leaders to refine and enhance the program.
• Collaborate closely with the Host Education and Host Communications teams to ensure strategy alignment.
• Work in partnership with the Supply and Revenue Operations team to amplify the impact of Host Forums and Community Leader summits on a global scale.
• Oversee the strategy for Leader sentiment surveys, including content creation, distribution, analysis, and reporting of results to identify potential new opportunities.
• Lead and/or assist in the program management of key Community initiatives, identifying areas for potential investment or incubation; manage strategic pilots and business programs as necessary.
• Senior leader with over 12 years of relevant work experience, especially in Consulting, Strategy, Product Management, Finance, Business Planning, or Operations roles.
• Proven track record of spearheading large-scale, high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and driving projects from conception to strategy and execution at the Executive level.
• Prior experience in Process Management - Skilled in designing, implementing, and enhancing effective and efficient work processes.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple work streams and deliverables in a matrixed organizational structure.
• Strong commitment to Airbnb’s mission and a passion for fostering Connection and Belonging.
• Excellent analytical, data interpretation, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative problem solver, capable of identifying genuine challenges and viable solutions.
• Outcome-oriented mindset. Not merely reactive, articulates the desired outcomes and collaborates to establish a pathway for achieving them.
