Senior Communications Manager, Developer and AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead communications for initiatives related to AI, developers, and ecosystems.

• Take ownership and drive programs that enhance developer awareness, promote AI thought leadership, and foster ecosystem partnerships.

• Collaborate closely with executive spokespeople, as well as product, partnerships, and marketing teams.

• Develop a program from the ground up, significantly influencing the perception of 1Password in the security landscape.

• Ensure 1Password is included in timely discussions within AI and developer-focused media.

• Promote developer awareness and engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in communications, PR, or marketing, preferably within B2B tech; experience in cybersecurity, AI, or developer-oriented roles is highly desired.

• Proven experience in creating communications programs within fast-paced or emerging technology sectors.

• Demonstrated capability to lead intricate, cross-functional projects with significant ownership and accountability.

• Strong understanding of how communications align with broader business, branding, and go-to-market strategies.

• Experience collaborating with teams such as product marketing, social media, content, partnerships, and developer relations.

• Established connections with relevant media, industry influencers, and event organizers.

• Experience in high-growth or remote-first environments is advantageous.
