Senior Communications & Employer Brand Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute the SOFTSWISS Employer Brand strategy.

• Define and consistently update the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), employer brand positioning, key messages, target audiences, and priority geographical areas.

• Formulate and carry out monthly and quarterly communication plans with well-defined objectives, KPIs, and communication channels.

• Enhance employer brand recognition and appeal across key regions.

• Organize and coordinate campaigns in collaboration with external agencies.

• Create and oversee the production of advertising and creative materials.

• Manage internal communications initiatives from the Brand Team perspective.

• Analyze campaign outcomes, prepare KPI reports, and offer data-driven suggestions for enhancements.

• Foster effective cross-functional collaboration with HR, Internal Communications, PR, and Marketing teams.

• Support and spearhead the company’s involvement in professional rankings, awards, conferences, and industry exhibitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Communications Marketing & Employer Branding.

• Proven senior-level project management abilities within cross-functional settings are essential.

• Strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, negotiation, prioritization, and strategic thinking capabilities.

• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Proficient in Russian at an advanced level.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
