This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take full ownership of project marketing management for intricate brand and marketing initiatives — encompassing strategic planning, creative concept creation, cross-functional coordination, production, launch, execution, and post-campaign evaluation.
• Formulate and execute positioning, messaging frameworks, communication strategies, and campaign concepts that align with business objectives.
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and campaign-specific communication plans that outline priorities, objectives, key messages, target regions, and communication channels.
• Ensure consistency of brand communication across all internal and external touchpoints.
• Establish and uphold brand positioning, visual style, target audience profiles, consumer insights, and key messaging.
• Coordinate and implement 360° brand campaigns in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in go-to-market launches and support strategic business initiatives.
• Create and supervise the development of marketing and advertising materials, including key visuals, product presentations, commercial proposals, one-pagers, banners, landing pages, and other collateral.
• Engage in the production and coordination of video content that supports brand and product promotion.
• Collaborate extensively with Product Marketing, Design, PR, Content, Digital, Regional Marketing, Sales, and BizDev teams.
• Manage cross-departmental efforts related to exhibitions, sponsorships, industry events, and awards.
• Ensure adherence to brand visual identity standards across all communication materials.
• Track marketing performance metrics and KPIs, analyze campaign effectiveness, and initiate optimization activities.
• Continuously assess competitors, market trends, audience insights, and industry advancements.
• Assist in budget planning, allocation, and optimization efforts.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and ensure communication alignment among stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Management, Strategic Marketing, or similar roles.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B tech marketing across various communication channels.
• Robust project management skills with a proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong comprehension of brand positioning, communication strategy, and integrated marketing approaches.
• Practical experience with digital marketing tools and multi-channel communication strategies.
• Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders in dynamic international environments.
• Strong strategic thinking complemented by hands-on execution capabilities.
• Excellent skills in prioritization, collaboration, and organization.
• Proactive attitude, high sense of ownership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English — Advanced level.
• Proficiency in Russian — Advanced level.
