This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will provide our campaigns with the creative vision and cohesive narrative that makes Doonails distinctive.
• Through robust concepts and effective copy, you will make the brand relatable, fostering awareness and trust while ensuring that trends and insights align with the right moments.
• Create innovative concepts and integrated campaigns: from initial insights to ideation and execution, with the aim of enhancing brand awareness and trust.
• Convert brand and product priorities into engaging ideas and storytelling that resonate across all channels, both online and offline.
• Craft and refine copy for campaigns and additional content: encompassing social media, digital platforms, traditional media, and film.
• Develop campaign strategies driven by awareness and trust, with an understanding of how various channels synergize to establish a brand.
• Conduct in-depth cultural research: interpret beauty consumer behavior, social platform dynamics, and the cultural and seasonal calendar into relevant, timely campaign opportunities.
• Collaborate with consumer insights and analytics: set objectives before and after campaigns, assess awareness, trust, and brand lift, and link creative effectiveness to business goals.
• Work collaboratively across departments: design, social media, influencer relations, public relations, media, and product—providing clear creative guidance to external partners and agencies.
• Present campaign strategies and outcomes to leadership confidently, offering a strategic perspective that challenges assumptions and fosters alignment.
• Over 5 years of experience in brand strategy, brand or campaign marketing, or creative strategy, preferably within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Strong conceptual skills and confidence in crafting copy, as ideas and the words that convey them are central to this position.
• A brand builder’s intuition: you comprehend how brands achieve attention, credibility, and trust, beyond immediate performance metrics.
• Deeply engaged with culture and social media platforms—you are well-versed in beauty consumer behavior and what constitutes effective content.
• A solid grasp of how campaigns progressively build a brand over time across social, digital, and traditional media, including understanding social trends and mechanics.
• Proficient in managing budgets, KPIs, and data—sufficient to substantiate your ideas and illustrate their impact.
• An excellent communicator and team collaborator who excels in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates structured working habits, and takes initiative.
• An impressive portfolio that you are eager to showcase.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Preferred: Experience in an agency setting.
