This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• You will have complete responsibility for the brand encompassing strategy, communication, and execution:
• Define and cultivate the brand identity (tone of voice, positioning, visual direction)
• Establish a strong, recognizable brand tailored to an international, nightlife-focused audience
• Ensure uniformity across all digital platforms
• Design and implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing awareness and bookings
• Initiate and oversee campaigns (both online and offline)
• Identify and foster strategic partnerships (hostels, hotels, tourism entities, influencers)
• Enhance customer acquisition and brand visibility
• Oversee and expand social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Generate engaging, viral, and community-centric content
• Collaborate with content creators, photographers, and videographers
• Capture and utilize user-generated content
• Analyze and comprehend the customer journey remotely through analytics and feedback
• Coordinate with local teams to guarantee brand consistency on-site
• Collect insights and continually enhance the customer experience
• 3–6+ years of experience in Brand, Marketing, or Social Media
• Proficient in social media management and content creation
• Experience in hospitality, events, tourism, or lifestyle brands is highly beneficial
• Capability to develop and implement marketing strategies from the ground up
• Creative, dynamic, and highly execution-focused
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment, managing both strategy and remote operations
• Languages: Proficient in English and Portuguese (mandatory)
