Brand Marketing Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• **Concept Development:** Partner with Copywriters and our Head of Creative to brainstorm and cultivate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

• **Design Execution:** Create high-quality, pixel-perfect designs for both digital and print media, including social media assets, email campaigns, flyers, and promotional materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

• **Brand Consistency:** Uphold and evolve the brand's visual identity, guaranteeing consistency across all touchpoints and marketing channels.

• **Performance Optimisation:** Leverage performance data, analytics, and insights from our marketing stakeholders to enhance designs, improving engagement and conversion rates.

• **Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Content Teams to ensure unified storytelling and messaging.

• **Asset Management:** Organise and maintain design assets and templates, ensuring they are readily accessible and current.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess 3+ years of experience in brand or marketing design, ideally within a fast-paced or agency setting.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to present ideas clearly and effectively.

• You embrace ambiguity; creating something from scratch is a creative thrill, not a burden.

• You have experience with both print and digital media.

• You are proficient in key tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Figma. Bonus points for experience with Premiere or After Effects.

• You can merge creative expertise with customer-centric thinking.

• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello.

• Strong analytical abilities with a flair for creative problem-solving and adaptability.

• You are a highly motivated individual.
