
Senior Commercialization Success Manager – Payables

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Drive Bancorp sales for commercial payments products while enhancing product sales and revenue growth annually.
• Support the acquisition of new clients, which includes managing complex client and prospect calls.
• Conduct business forecasting and modeling activities.
• Monitor key client success metrics, including adoption rates, satisfaction levels, retention, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Finance teams on product packaging and monetization strategies.
• Act as a subject matter expert for products within the product group.
• Create product messaging, positioning, value articulation, sales materials, and playbooks.
• Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy.
• Convert insights into actionable recommendations that drive product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Formulate commercialization strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for product development.
• Launch products to market and conduct market forecasting.
• Create client success frameworks aimed at boosting adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
• Escalate and resolve high-priority or complex client issues across various teams.
• Participate in user and vendor conferences, sales forums, and roundtable discussions.
• Monitor product performance against quality metrics and address quality service issues proactively.
• Facilitate communication between Product, Sales, Go-to-Market, Operations, and external partners.
• Identify risks associated with the product line and contribute to processes and quality-control standards.
• An undergraduate degree in business or finance is required.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in Product Development, Sales, or Operations.
• 7–10 years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on sales, product delivery to market, and profitability management.
• Experience in matrix management and multi-site environments.
• Strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge or experience with the designated products is essential.
• Understanding of current industry trends and issues related to the designated product line.
• Skills in priority management and time management are necessary.
• Extensive capability to influence and negotiate with individuals outside of direct control.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, financial, and strategic abilities.
• Proficiency in managing product financials, including revenue forecasting, margin analysis, and pricing strategies.
• Ability to identify and manage risks related to products.
