This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Delivers Nationwide title services
• Responsible for facilitating real estate transactions by researching public records and assessing titles for properties to evaluate the legal status of property titles
• Compiles, investigates, and reviews public and tax records to ascertain liabilities and the legal standing of the title, as well as the insurability of primarily commercial or industrial property titles
• Prepares precise and thorough title commitments in line with the company's examination and policy protocols
• Understands how their team collaborates with related teams to achieve goals
• Influences the quality, timeliness, and efficiency of the team through their contributions
• Identifies and resolves unusual issues that arise infrequently
• Assesses and chooses solutions based on existing precedents or established procedures
• Communicates and clarifies complex information, including interdependencies within the team and with others
• Operates with limited oversight and may exercise discretion to adjust work practices and processes to achieve outcomes or enhance efficiency
• Acts as an individual contributor and serves as a resource for less experienced team members, without supervisory duties
• Carries out any other responsibilities as assigned by management
• High school diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Generally necessitates 5+ years of relevant work experience
