This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Act as the hands-on authority for Salesforce, overseeing configurations, automated processes, security, and general system performance.
• Evaluate sales effectiveness, pipeline analytics, and forecasting utilizing SFDC, Trackwise, and BI Platforms (such as Tableau and Pigment) to convert raw data into actionable insights for performance enhancement.
• Design and optimize comprehensive data integration frameworks to align extensive commercial datasets, ensuring a single “source of truth” for interdepartmental reporting and commercial decision-making.
• Create and sustain multi-dimensional commercial models to evaluate the influence of market changes and strategic adjustments.
• Generate high-visibility reports and lead data integrity initiatives to maintain accuracy across all business systems.
• Streamline end-to-end sales processes—including quoting, contracting, and order management—while ensuring conformity with pricing and approval standards.
• Establish and support standardized workflows within SFDC while collaborating with internal teams to identify and enhance other existing tools to promote global commercial efficiency.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to refine go-to-market strategies and achieve commercial KPIs.
• Develop dashboards with a customized user experience that transforms complex data into clear, visual insights for leadership.
• Oversee the timely end-to-end launch of new features, managing all aspects from initial requirement gathering and external consultancy to global user training.
• Provide daily troubleshooting and bug-fixing support for CRM and CPQ platforms to ensure optimal system uptime.
• Collaborate with Commercial Ops and Marketing leaders to prioritize initiatives and manage alignment and execution of requirements, deliverables, and timelines for all involved departments.
• CRM, CPQ, & BI Expertise: Over 5 years of direct experience with CRM (Salesforce), CPQ (Conga/Salesforce), and BI (Pigment, Tableau) tools. Must possess expert-level administrative skills with comprehensive knowledge of Flow Builder, Custom Objects, and Data Architecture.
• Advanced Analytics Skills: Proficient in Tableau and Excel; experience with EPM tools (Pigment/Anaplan) and multidimensional business modeling is crucial.
• Technical Proficiency: Competence in SQL and Python for database queries and dashboard programming (both preferred); familiarity with ERP systems (QAD) and Quality Management tools (Trackwise) is preferred.
• Project Management Experience: At least 2 years of technical project management experience, overseeing the complete lifecycle from requirement gathering to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and global training.
• Industry Experience: Background in a regulated environment (preferably Medical Device or MedTech) with specific knowledge of contracting/pricing workflows (capital equipment sales experience preferred).
• Strategic Communication Skills: Capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Process Engineering Expertise: Demonstrated ability to map complex commercial processes and implement scalable, standardized business solutions with meticulous attention to detail.
• Execution Focus: High level of independence and determination; adept at prioritizing multiple high-stakes projects in a dynamic environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree is required; Salesforce certifications are an advantage.
