📋 Description

• Execute essential servicing tasks for CMBS/K-Deal securitizations, which include loan activity reporting, principal and interest remittance, and adjustments after purchase.

• Reconcile the monthly Loan Periodic Update and Remittance Files against cash receipts; address any outstanding principal and interest and servicing advance reconciliations.

• Carry out financial and accounting reconciliations, amortization calculations, variance analyses, and month-end closing reports.

• Assess servicer performance and adherence to contractual obligations; promptly resolve any discrepancies.

• Manage cash flow and mitigate operational and financial risks.

• Perform quality reviews and document findings to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Accurately report and remit funds to Certificate Administrators/Trustees in a timely manner.

• Assist the Freddie Mac team in resolving reconciliation and servicing challenges.

• Provide investor reporting while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Aid in the development and delivery of Master Servicing training programs.

• Conduct thorough quality control work on portfolios to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in master servicing, CMBS, or structured finance is required.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

• Expertise in financial reconciliation and risk management practices.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
