This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee key projects, which include but are not limited to quarterly "Plan of Action Live" meetings, All Field Calls, major conferences and events, as well as general coordination of the marketing team.
• Collaborate closely with marketing managers and members of the marketing communication team in the development and execution of campaign strategies.
• Facilitate the creation, review, approval, and distribution of marketing materials.
• Manage essential communication channels with the sales organization, which includes "Weekly Rounds," overseeing materials on Showpad, general Showpad curation, and email correspondence.
• Handle Purchase Order and Invoice Management for external vendors (Fenway / Dorothy Monares / etc.).
• Establish and uphold a systematic and scalable approach to conference engagement from a messaging and branding standpoint.
• Oversee the VAC Submission Process.
• A Bachelor's degree is required, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the med tech industry, preferably within the cardiovascular sector.
• Marketing experience is preferred.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, working both collaboratively and independently, while adapting to evolving requirements.

• Strong commitment to achieving objectives and driving results.
• Proven ability to utilize analytics, customer insights, and field feedback to formulate and implement commercial strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for a diverse range of audiences, including sales and marketing leadership as well as customers.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to more than 30% of the time.

• Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year.
