Senior Commercial Manager – CTS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assisting in business development and the preparation of intricate proposals and bids.

• Finalizing contracts while ensuring adherence to the ITO process.

• Crafting commercial strategies and proposals.

• Assembling and submitting necessary tender documentation.

• Guaranteeing that deals provide value to shareholders.

• Promoting competitive pricing and negotiating with clients.

• Investigating markets and competitors to identify optimal technologies.

• Partnering with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions for customers.

• Drafting proposals that maximize profitability and conversion rates.

• Ensuring adherence to commercial risk assessments and proposal preparation protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized university or college.

• Over 8 years of experience in commercial operations, application engineering, or a client-facing role related to technologies in the Energy sector.

• More than 6 years of expertise in rotating equipment and solutions within the Industrial Energy field.

• Extensive experience in handling complex tenders, contract management, and negotiations.

• Proven track record of leading, planning, and executing successful strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, execute tasks, and achieve results in a global matrix organization.

• Strong team player with the capability to engage with all supporting functions.

• Established ability to foster good relationships with clients and build trust.

• Willingness to travel as business needs arise.

• Proficient in English (both oral and written) with exceptional overall communication skills.
