This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Achieves set sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including organic growth metrics.
• Employs Trucordia's sales and marketing resources to implement results-driven activities such as cold calling, in-person meetings, and prospect presentations to secure new business and maintain client retention.
• Serves as a subject matter expert, mastering a specific area of focus to maximize the likelihood of sustained success.
• Proactively manages a portfolio of clients to ensure high renewal rates.
• Works collaboratively with Client Services to evaluate renewal business and onboard new client accounts.
• Adheres to Trucordia's sales methodologies and best practices, including effective use of Trucordia tools and the sales management platform.
• Valid Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License issued by the state.
• Over 5 years of experience in an insurance sales position.
• Competence in using professional software such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
• Proven abilities in analytics and both internal and external communication.
