This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Oversee the monthly management financial reporting process, ensuring it is accurate, timely, and provides actionable insights.
• Compile quarterly reporting packages for departments and the board, highlighting financial performance and key business KPIs.
• Manage the entire budgeting and forecasting cycles in collaboration with business unit leaders.
• Deliver ad hoc financial analyses and modeling to aid strategic and operational decision-making.
• Contribute to commercial financial reporting, including metrics related to CARR (Contracted Annual Recurring Revenue).
• Establish and manage the Deal Desk, which includes creating a cost-to-serve calculator and analyzing customer profitability.
• Develop and implement the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) framework, which encompasses quarterly outcome calculations and commission reconciliations.
• Serve as the main liaison between commercial teams and the finance operational team to ensure alignment and precision.
• Guarantee billing accuracy by converting distribution volumes and contract terms into precise customer invoicing.
• CA/CPA qualified (or possess an equivalent professional accounting credential).
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or finance business partnering roles.
• Extensive experience in SaaS or technology sectors, preferably with recurring revenue models (ARR/CARR).
• Proven track record in managing budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes from start to finish.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and financial reporting software.
• Proficient in advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is highly valued.
