This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +23 more states.
β’ Oversee a substantial inventory of claims that vary from minor to moderate complexity.
β’ Handle incoming calls, initiate claims, and gather loss information from all parties involved.
β’ Investigate, assess, negotiate, and resolve auto and property damage claims for commercial rideshare and the GIG economy.
β’ Provide explanations regarding policy, coverage, and the appropriate steps to take.
β’ Coordinate and cover costs for repairs, rentals, towing, total losses, and negotiate storage fees.
β’ Maintain thorough documentation of claim files, send written correspondence, and communicate with all stakeholders.
β’ Utilize a diary system to review and resolve claims in alignment with state compliance regulations, policy guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
β’ High School Diploma/GED or a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a virtual setting using internet, phone, and chat functionalities.
β’ 1-2+ years of experience in auto or commercial adjusting/liability is required.
β’ Must possess adjuster licenses for all relevant states or obtain them within 90 days of starting the position as a condition of employment.
β’ Preferred: 3+ years of prior claims adjusting experience.
β’ Preferred: Training in auto physical damage and/or enrollment in I-CAR or SCLA.
β’ Bilingual candidates are a plus.
