This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Oversee a portfolio of distressed commercial transportation and small business loans, implementing proactive recovery strategies and ensuring prompt resolution of delinquencies.
β’ Manage assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts, prioritize high-risk exposures, and accurately document all actions in the record-keeping system.
β’ Conduct research and analysis of borrower histories, collateral values, payment patterns, and previous collection attempts to formulate targeted recovery plans.
β’ Perform in-depth analysis of financial statements, collateral documentation, and repayment capacity to evaluate options for restructuring, forbearance, or settlements.
β’ Oversee the voluntary surrender process for commercial transportation assets by coordinating with borrowers, securing equipment, and processing documentation in line with company and regulatory standards.
β’ Engage with Punjabi-speaking customers to aid in collections, clarify repayment options, and deliver culturally sensitive support throughout the recovery process.
β’ Generate, analyze, and share monthly reports on collection and recovery performance for management's review.
β’ Uphold call quality and productivity metrics that align with departmental standards.
β’ Bilingual β Proficiency in Punjabi is mandatory.
β’ 5-7 years of experience in commercial transportation, finance, or leasing.
β’ Strong skills in skip tracing tools, database management, and investigative research techniques.
β’ Excellent negotiation and settlement resolution capabilities.
β’ Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing recovery targets in the commercial finance sector.
β’ Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
