This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Engage in sales consultations with warm, pre-qualified leads.
β’ Assist prospective students in determining the ideal educational path aligned with their career aspirations.
β’ Secure high-ticket program enrollments through a consultative selling approach.
β’ Maintain precise records within our CRM system.
β’ Regularly meet and surpass sales targets.
β’ Work closely with the Marketing, Admissions, and Student Success teams.
β’ Provide customer insights and feedback to enhance our programs and sales processes.
β’ Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in high-ticket or consultative sales environments.
β’ Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
β’ Strong abilities in building relationships and handling objections.
β’ Comfortable using modern sales tools and CRM systems.
β’ Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
β’ Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
β’ A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory for outstanding candidates.
